3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled if it has entered the production stage.

  • Standard order processing time varies from 2–5 business days, depending on the type of product.

  • Shipping timelines are estimated and may be subject to delays due to logistics, weather, or holidays. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier services.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made in full before the production of any customized item.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and refunds are only applicable in cases of:

    • Wrong item received

    • Damaged or defective product

    • Printing errors caused by our team
